It is recommended that you DO NOT use your car navigation systems to find your way about the Otago Peninsula. Please use the existing road signs.
For instance, Larnach Castle is located at 145 Camp Road, which runs off Highcliff Road that runs through the centre of the Peninsula. A separate Camp Road also exists running from the harbour up towards the Castle, but this road stops and does not connect with 145 Camp Road. It is a walking track through farm paddocks.
As you can imagine car navigation systems get this wrong!
